This is Franco’s Metro Restaurant, Bar & Pizza of Fort Lee. Family Owned & Operated for more than four decades, we know food.

As you read this, one of our talented chefs is breading an order of fresh (never frozen) chicken breast. In moments chef will ladle on some of our tangy tomato sauce, followed by thinly sliced pieces of mozzarella cheese. Into the oven it goes, he knows it’s ready when the cheese begins to bubble, meanwhile Chef has some fresh broccoli blanching, it will be soon be sautéed with diced garlic and extra virgin olive oil to accompany his chicken dish (based on the customer’s request of course).

We do that to order a few hundred times a day, it just tastes better when it’s done fresh, on site, and at the moment it’s ordered.
