Joseph Z. Konopka Funeral Home North Bergen, NJ
The basis of our vocation is to be there for you to help you through this most difficult of times.
The tradition of caring and excellence began in 1953 when Maryann and Joseph Konopka opened their Funeral Home in North Bergen New Jersey. Today, over a half of a century later, their legacy continues under the direction of their daughter Lizabeth.
Every family that enters our doors is treated as if they were our own. Each step, from the initial phone call to the "goodbye" is handled with dignity and decorum. No detail is too minor and every request is handled with care, understanding and respect no matter how trivial it may seem. When the funeral is over, the grieving continues, we provide support to help the healing process.
We provide a wide range of services to our clients. We have traditional service, with or without embalming, as well as cremation.
In addition, we are familiar with many of the traditions and religious burial customs. Several families opt for non-traditional individualized services. This has proven to be a learning process for us as well as our families. Working together is the best feeling of accomplishment.
If you have any questions, Liz is always available, just a phone call away at (201) 865-0923.
